OrderWhen you host client projects, you want no side effects between them: every VPS runs on KVM virtualisation with its own operating system, its own IPv4 and IPv6 address and its own NVMe SSD storage from 20 to 240 GB. Each project gets a clearly bounded server that your agency configures, maintains and bills per client. An update or experiment on one server leaves the others untouched — exactly the separation you need when client projects run side by side.
What counts with clients is what you can reliably promise: HostKontor guarantees 99.98% availability. If we fall short, the unusable time is credited back to your account — the details are set out in the terms in the customer portal. HostKontor is a brand of the White Label Services group (USA), which serves more than 50,000 active customers across the group.
All prices are net of VAT and start at EUR 2.00 per month per server. One IPv4 and one IPv6 address are included, as are three free snapshots per server; automated backups can be added as a paid option wherever a project needs them. Traffic is not metered — a fair-use rule applies: continuously saturating the port speed is not permitted, while ordinary web, application and database workloads are unaffected.
Client projects rarely grow on schedule: when a shop scales or a campaign takes off, you can move up to a larger package at any time — from 1 to 10 cores in Istanbul, or up to 20 cores in New York. Moving back down to a smaller package is not supported, so start with the size that matches the load you expect. Before relaunches and major updates, set a restore point with a snapshot and keep a defined way back.
For each project you choose between Istanbul on a 25 Gbit uplink and New York on 10 Gbit. A third location in Germany is in preparation — the cabinets are being fitted out, and the launch will be announced on this website. On the OS side you simply follow the project: Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, Windows Server or MikroTik RouterOS, or mount your own ISO image.
Ordering runs through the customer portal at id.hostkontor.de, with payment by credit card, bank transfer or cryptocurrency. After payment the server is provisioned automatically — usually within a few minutes, with full root access and a KVM console from the first minute.
