Choosing a location is a market decision
Both locations deliver the same scope of service — so the real question is not which one offers more, but where your users are. Proximity to your audience is a tangible argument; actual latency, however, depends on access provider and peering, which is why we do not promise blanket figures. As a rule of thumb: Istanbul for Türkiye, the eastern Mediterranean and the adjacent markets, New York for North America and services with an international audience. And if you serve both regions, you do not have to choose — two servers in one account, one per location, cover both markets.
