This policy describes which personal data is processed when you visit www.hostkontor.de, for which purposes and with which rights. The controller is White Label Services, LLC; contact details are below and in the imprint.

Data you enter in the customer portal is covered by the privacy notice published there.
When the site is accessed, the delivering systems process technically necessary connection data: IP address, timestamp, requested URL, referrer, user agent and status codes. This website sets no analytics or marketing cookies, embeds no trackers and contains no input forms.
Connection data is used to deliver the pages, defend against attacks and analyse errors (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in secure operation). If you e-mail us, we process your details to handle the enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).
The site is delivered through Cloudflare, Inc. and hosted on systems in the USA, which involves transferring connection data to the USA. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; standard contractual clauses otherwise safeguard the transfer. Data is not shared for advertising purposes.
Connection and security logs are kept only as long as operation, attack mitigation and error analysis require, then deleted or anonymised. E-mail correspondence is stored as long as processing and statutory retention duties require.
Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example the one where you live.
Data you enter in the customer portal at id.hostkontor.de — account, contract and payment data — is additionally covered by the privacy notice published there. Order-related requests are best made directly through the portal.
