Behind HostKontor stands the White Label Services group, headquartered in the USA — a platform operator serving more than 50,000 active customers across the group. The group runs the systems that carry every HostKontor server: from ordering through KVM virtualisation to billing. For you, that means you are not ordering an experiment: you order a server on a platform that serves the customers of the entire group in daily operation. And because brand and platform operator belong to the same group, the service you order comes directly from the operator of the infrastructure.

Our promise to German-speaking customers

The brand's promise is simple: clear information in your language before you order. Every product detail is available in full in German, all prices are net prices in euros excluding VAT, and the English version of this website carries exactly the same facts. We name our locations — Istanbul and New York — instead of hiding them behind vague regional labels. We are equally open about limits: traffic is not metered but subject to a fair-use rule against continuously saturating the port speed, and while you can move up to a larger package at any time, moving down to a smaller one is not supported. The central commitment is contractual: 99.98% availability, guaranteed — if we fall short, the unusable time is credited back to your account.

Platform and infrastructure: the facts

The current line-up counts 16 VPS packages across two locations: eight in Istanbul with 1 to 10 CPU cores on a 25 Gbit uplink, and eight in New York with 1 to 20 cores on 10 Gbit. NVMe SSD storage ranges from 20 to 240 GB, memory up to 24 GB DDR4; net prices start at EUR 2.00 per month plus VAT. Every server runs on KVM virtualisation, with full root access and a KVM console that keeps working when the system no longer boots. Ubuntu 18.04 to 25.04, Debian 9 to 13, AlmaLinux 8 and 9, Rocky Linux 9, Windows Server 2019 and 2022, and MikroTik RouterOS are ready to install; custom ISO images can be mounted. One IPv4 and one IPv6 address are included with every package, provisioning runs automatically after payment — usually within a few minutes; three snapshots per server are free, with automated backups available as a paid add-on.

Two models, one platform: VPS and cloud

Alongside the fixed monthly packages, the platform offers a second model with Starter Cloud: billing by the hour instead of by the month. You top up your balance by credit card, bank transfer or cryptocurrency; running servers deduct their cost from that balance every hour — you only pay for what actually runs. Within one account you launch any number of servers and resize CPU, RAM and storage up or down at any time. The starter configuration offers 2 vCPU, 4 GB of DDR4 RAM and 80 GB SSD on a 25 Gbit uplink; the current hourly rates are shown in the customer portal. Fixed packages for steady workloads, hourly servers for changing demand — both from one provider, on the same infrastructure.

Expanding to Germany: in preparation

For the German-speaking market, the group is preparing its next step: a server location in Germany. The cabinets are currently being fitted out; the location cannot be ordered yet. And that is exactly how we communicate it: we will announce the launch on this website once it is set, and we do not advertise a location as available before it is. Until then, Istanbul and New York are ready with the full service scope.

Your contracting party: imprint and customer portal

Transparency does not end with the product, it starts with the contract: HostKontor is a brand — not a German company of its own. Your contracting party is the White Label Services group company named in this website's imprint. The contract is concluded in the customer portal, which also holds your invoices and the terms — including the details of how the availability credit is calculated. Payment is by credit card, bank transfer or cryptocurrency. That keeps the arrangement clear: a US group as the operator, a German-language brand as the way in — and every contractual detail in the open before any money changes hands.
